Apple confirmed it has eliminated dozens of sales positions across its organization to streamline operations and shift more sales toward third-party resellers. Affected roles included account managers for corporate, educational, and government clients, as well as staff at Apple briefing centers. Employees have until January 20, 2026, to find new positions within the company or will receive severance packages.
