Autonomous electric tractor startup Monarch Tractor warned employees of potential layoffs of up to 102 employees and possible company shutdown. The company is transitioning from manufacturing tractors to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model after losing its contract manufacturer, Foxconn.
