Paramount Skydance announced the first wave of approximately 1,000 job cuts scheduled for October 29, with additional layoffs expected later. The company aims to cut a total of approximately 2,000 U.S. jobs with additional international layoffs to follow. This is part of the newly merged companys plan to achieve $2 billion in cost savings.
